This phone must not be in anybody's list but come on man this is a beauty .I mean i just loved this attempt from micromax .

It has got a beautiful 18 :9 display and a nice camera with the option to get portrait photos as well.
And it is having an okayish snapdragon 435 which is a nice budget chipset and all this comes under 9999 rs.

Redmi y1 ( for selfie lovers )

If  you don't care about an old 16:9 display. And just love taking selfie with a decent Snapdragon processor 435. Them instead of oppo Anand vivo phones this is a thing to go for it has got a brilliant front camera and also front flash light .

Moto e4 plus ( brilliant battery backup)

A phone with an old 16:9 ratio display and a poor mediatek processor in the list of top phones why???
Well wait this is having a gigantic 5000 mah battery that is the most in this list and if you're a person who doesn't wants to charge his phone usually them this is to go for.

 This is the latest addition from xiaomi in to there Redmi addition  .
It has got a beautiful 5.99 inch 18 :9 ratio display an average camera and a new very capable processor snapdragon 450. Which compiles  it to one of the best budget devices.

Tenor is a new brand it is my second choice to go for . It has got a very nice build and a beautiful display and the most powerful processor the Snapdragon 626 . A dual camera setup that can take portrait shot . But one problem that comes with this is the issues of after sale service

The best phone of the year according to me.
It has got a beautiful 5.99 inch display .
Xiaomi favourite processor snapdragon 625 . A better and improved camera and a perfect all-rounder under 10000 rs .

So this was best phones under 10000 rs and yes the best phone for you is that completes the need of yours. If you need a better battery phone you've got it, if you need a  selfie beast you've got it as well .
